Part 1: Once you have completed step 1, you will arrive for your tour and interview on your scheduled day and time. Your student(s) will be required to attend the tour with you. This will be under the direction of the Principal/Director of Enrollment.
Part 2: If you intend to continue with the enrollment process, you will fill out the Intent to Enroll Form.
FACTS enrollment will need to be completed for tuition category placement. Enrollment cannot be considered until this step is finished. You can visit the site below to begin the process and set up your account. There are two steps to FACTS.

Upon acceptance, you will receive a password to access the enrollment forms.
You will also need to pay your enrollment fee upon submission of enrollment forms ($325 one student / $500 two or more BEFORE March 6, 2025 or $425 one student / $600 two or more AFTER March 6, 2025).Here is a list of the items you will need to supply to the school:
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
Current Immunization Records
1040 Tax Information
Sacramental Records (Baptism; First Reconciliation; First Communion)
Enrollment Packet
Academic Records (If previously in school)
Parish Certification Form (If Catholic)
Parent/Guardian Drivers License (copy)
Custody Agreements/Court Orders (if applicable)

Additional Financial Aid is a separate process handled after acceptance. Additional Financial Assistance is not guaranteed. This will be done in accordance with the business office.
