Jackie Graffagnino Conley attended St. James Catholic School and Bishop Byrne High School in Port Arthur. She is a graduate of Lamar University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. Jackie has taught in Beaumont Diocesan schools for 20 years and received the Middle School Teacher of the Year Award in 2018. She and her husband have 3 children.
