Welcome to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic School! Please see the steps below for re-enrolling at our campus. The bolded statements are hyperlinks to the appropriate forms.

FACTS enrollment will need to be completed for tuition category placement. Enrollment cannot be considered until this step is finished. You can visit the site below to begin the process and set up your account. There are two steps to FACTS.

Step 1: Grant and Aid for Tuition Category Placement

Step 2: Payment Plan Setup 

FACTS Family Enrollment

Upon acceptance, you will receive a password to access the enrollment forms.

You will also need to pay your enrollment fee upon submission of enrollment forms ($325 one student / $500 two or more BEFORE March 6, 2025 or $425 one student / $600 two or more AFTER March 6, 2025).

Here is a list of the items you will need to supply to the school:

• Social Security Card

• Current Immunization Records (students entering Kindergarten and 7th grade)

• 1040 Tax Information

• Sacramental Records (Baptism; First Reconciliation; First Communion)

• Enrollment Packet
  

• Parish Certification Form (If Catholic)

• Parent/Guardian Driver's License (copy)

• Custody Agreements/Court Orders (if applicable)

• FACTS Enrollment MUST be completed before enrollment will be considered.

Additional Financial Aid is a separate process handled after acceptance. Additional Financial Assistance is not guaranteed. This will be done in accordance with the business office.
